We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Shri Adinath Mercantile & Exports Private Limited. The role involves handling walk-in customers, assisting with product sales, maintaining accurate sales information, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations. The position offers a competitive in-hand salary, PF, paid leave, and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customers are attended to politely and their requirements are understood clearly.
Assist customers with product details and demonstrations to support sales.
Handle billing, sales entries, and update sales records accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers for payments and provide after-sales support when required.
Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and basic store discipline.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth retail operations and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass. Prior experience in Retail / FMCG / Jewellery / Consumer Sales is preferred. Candidates must have good communication skills and must be able to speak in English. The role requires customer-handling ability, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, willingness to achieve sales targets, and the ability to manage daily retail tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off) during day shift hours.
