Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Relationship Support Executive to work for NGOs. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential donors, explaining the NGO’s mission, projects, and social impact, and encouraging them to contribute through donations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors

• Explain the NGO’s cause, mission, and ongoing projects clearly

• Handle donor queries politely and professionally

• Persuade donors to contribute in an ethical manner

• Maintain daily call reports and donation records

• Follow team leader instructions and campaign guidelines

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)

• Positive and convincing personality

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Interest in social work and NGOs is required
