Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products

• Handle customer inquiries related to loans, credit cards, and insurance

• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth processing

• Follow up with customers for documentation and approvals

• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate / Post-Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of financial products preferred

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Skills Required:
