Job Overview:

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for providing financial services to customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable banking and financial products in association with HDFC Bank. The role focuses on customer relationship management, service quality, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial services and solutions to customers as per their requirements

• Interact with customers through calls and meetings to explain banking products

• Promote HDFC Bank products including loans, credit cards, and other financial services

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Assist customers with documentation, application processing, and KYC compliance

• Coordinate with bank and internal teams for timely approvals and disbursements

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations

• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business development

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred

Skills Required:

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
