Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert customer leads into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan and other financial products.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Coordinate with customers to collect the required documents.
Maintain proper customer records and follow up on pending applications.
Requirements
Previous experience in loan sales or telesales will be preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
