Relationship Officer

What You'll Do

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.

2. Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.

3. Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.

4. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.

6. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.
