Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options clearly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM with call outcomes.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the department.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Follow compliance guidelines and ensure ethical sales practices.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
Prior experience in tele calling or loan sales will be an added advantage.
