Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to manage communication and coordination between clients, photographers, models, and the internal creative team for e-commerce photo shoots. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and passionate about fashion and e-commerce photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients related to photo shoot requirements.

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (photographers, stylists, models, editors).

• Schedule and manage photo shoot timelines and deliverables.

• Understand client requirements and ensure photo quality meets brand standards.

• Handle feedback, queries, and revisions in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain long-term positive relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.

• Support business growth by identifying client needs and potential opportunities.

• Prepare basic reports related to client communication and project updates.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce product photography (training will be provided).

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred in Management, Fashion, Media, or Commerce).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
