Job Description

Job Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

We are hiring VRMs to manage customer relationships through digital channels. The role includes interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting suitable banking products while ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via calls and digital platforms
