We are urgently hiring for the role of "Channel Partner Relationship Management-(Telecalling)
Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)
Location: Pune
Required Experience: Min 6 months into Telesales Process (Outbound calling)
Desired Qualification: All Graduations and Above

Job description:

1. Make outbound calls to channel partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

2. Onboard new channel partners and explain company products, processes, and policies.

3. Act as a single point of contact for partners regarding leads, commissions, and support.

4. Generate business by following up on partner leads and ensuring timely conversions.

5. Educate Channel Partner regarding company Product & Policy.

6. Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth deal closures.

7. Convert Leads in to the business.
