Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Telesales

Location: Gurugram, Sector 18
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday working)

Salary & Benefits:

For Freshers: Up to ₹3 LPA CTC (including PF & ESIC)
- ₹1 Lakh variable component
For Experienced Candidates: ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA (based on experience)
- Attractive incentives + variable pay
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers can apply
Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of telesales/related experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound telesales calls
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Explain products/services and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
