Relationship Manager

Relationship Management/Equity Advisor Role: A profile that comes with great responsibility, the primary job is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. We expect the interns to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Develop and execute relationship management strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

§ Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

§ Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

§ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

§ Provide timely and accurate reporting on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

§ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

§ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' business needs, goals, and challenges.

§ Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
