We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, phone calls, and support.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Achieve monthly targets related to client engagement and conversion.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or relationship management is a plus.
Confident in making phone calls and interacting with clients.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
