We are looking for a **confident & target-oriented Relationship Manager** to join our Credit Team.


### 💼 Key Responsibilities


• Call **interested leads** and understand customer requirements

• Professionally explain the **loan process & requirements**

• Collect and verify **customer documentation**

• Handle customer queries confidently and efficiently

• Communicate effectively in **English & Hindi**

• Make **150+ calls per day** and identify genuine/accurate leads

• Follow up with customers and convert leads into applications

• Support the team in **increasing monthly loan disbursals**
