Job Description – Relationship Manager (Loans)

Role: Relationship Manager

Segments: Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan

Experience: Minimum 1+ year

Age Criteria: Up to 45 years

Salary: Up to 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for Personal, Business, and Home Loans

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct sourcing

Handle customer queries and assist in loan documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan disbursement

Achieve assigned sales targets

Required Skills:

Experience in loan sales (PL / BL / HL)

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in a target-based environment
