• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand clients’ financial goals and suggest suitable investment strategies
• Provide regular portfolio updates and simple explanations of market trends
• Guide clients in making informed trading and investment decisions
• Ensure timely follow-ups for client satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with the research team to share accurate market insights
• Handle client queries related to investments and market movements
• Maintain client records and interactions using CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for client on-boarding and revenue
