Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Forex & Stock Broker / Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Forex and Stock markets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

This role combines client relationship management, trading knowledge, and business development — ensuring clients receive professional guidance while contributing to the company’s growth through target-based performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients trading in the Forex, Stocks, Commodities, and Indices markets.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Guide clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio diversification in Forex and Stock markets.

• Assist clients with account opening, funding, platform support, and trade execution.

• Identify and onboard new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets through consistent performance and quality service.

• Provide clients with daily market insights, trading ideas, and updates based on real-time data and analysis.

• Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to create awareness and promote trading products or courses.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global economic events, currency fluctuations, and market developments.

• Handle client queries with professionalism, ensuring smooth communication and trust building.
