Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Explain products, offers, and platform benefits clearly
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Graduate preferred
