Job Summary:

Uses Inspiration Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Female Real Estate Communication Executive to manage client communication, handle property inquiries, and support the sales team with lead coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

Maintain and update lead data and client records

Share project details, pricing, and availability with clients

Regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits or closures

Manage communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Female candidates only

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years (Real estate / Telecalling experience preferred)

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic MS Office knowledge

Presentable and professional attitude

Working Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 hours

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
