Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our real estate team in Sanjeevini Nagar, Bangalore. The role involves engaging with potential customers over phone calls, promoting real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and assisting in lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on real estate inquiries.

• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

• Convert leads into confirmed site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

• Update call status and customer details in the CRM system.

• Meet weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Language Fluency: English and any regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, etc.)

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
