💰 ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (CTC) + Attractive Performance Incentives

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Tele Sales/Voice Sales

Experience in Real Estate Tele Sales will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass

Graduates preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to prospective customers.

Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Explain project details, offers, and pricing to customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
