Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential customers
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information
Explain property features, pricing, offers, and payment plans
Maintain and update customer data in CRM
Follow up with leads generated from digital marketing, portals, and campaigns
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
