Job Title: Real Estate Executive

Location: Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Real Estate industry preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, and cold calling.

• Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets.

• Maintain updated records of available properties and client interactions.

• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Customer handling and relationship management.

• Good presentation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
