A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing potential buyers, presenting residential or commercial properties, guiding clients through the buying process including pricing, payment plans and documentation, negotiating deals and coordinating closely with marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to ensure a smooth hand-over. They maintain a strong pipeline of leads, conduct site visits, build and nurture client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals, monitor market trends and competitor offerings, and work actively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
