Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and well-spoken Real Estate Sales Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling/sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients over the phone, and scheduling site visits/meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects and provide accurate information Explain property details, pricing, and offers clearly to potential customers Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team Maintain and update call logs, client details, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel Follow up consistently with warm and existing leads to move them through the sales funnel Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in Real Estate Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and Hindi, with very good command of English Pleasant and persuasive telephone manner Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software) Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline Any graduate preferredSalary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and interview) Attractive incentives on lead conversions/site visits (as per company norms) [Add other benefits — PF, ESI, travel allowance, etc., if applicable] (Note: Final salary will be as per company norms and candidate’s experience/interview performance.)
