Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to prospective buyers for real estate projects
• Explaining project details, features, pricing, and benefits
• Doing lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups
• Fixing and scheduling site visits for interested clients
• Handling inbound enquiries from portals
• Maintaining daily call reports and updating CRM
• Supporting the sales team for closures
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Confident, polite, and presentable
• Good convincing and follow-up ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented approach
Qualification:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
