About the Company:

Role & Work Process:

• Handle incoming property enquiries (calls & walk-ins)

• Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and timeline

• Explain property options and buying/renting process clearly

• Coordinate site visits for genuine and interested clients

• Prepare deal-ready cases for final discussion by senior management

Site Visits:

• Site visits are rare

• Only if required, and within walking distance from the office

• This role is primarily office-based

Knowledge Required (basic level is enough):

• Understanding client requirements

• Basic idea of sales / client handling

• Willingness to learn real estate concepts (pricing, process, documentation)

• Comfort with phone, WhatsApp and basic computer usage

Skills Required:

• Clear and confident communication

• Polite but firm way of talking to clients

• Good listening skills and asking the right questions

• Professional behaviour and responsibility

• Learning mindset (real estate knowledge will be taught)

Compensation:

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

• ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 incentive per CLOSED RESALE DEAL

Working Days & Timings:

• Working days: Wednesday to Monday

• Weekly off: Tuesday

• Office timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Other Details:

• Office-based role – Sector 75, Noida

• Initial 15-day paid trial / probation
