Make My Homez is hiring Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, explain real estate projects, generate leads, and fix site visits. Good communication and convincing skills are required; freshers can also apply. We offer a fixed salary of ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month plus ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 incentives per closure. 🔹 Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects.

Generate leads and fix site visits for the sales team.

Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.

Achieve monthly targets of lead conversion and site visits.

Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).

Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage.
