Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller (Smart and intelligent Female Candidates Preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. SIM will be provided from company.

Explain project details (plots, apartments, villas) and generate interest. Schedule site visits.

Maintain daily call reports and follow-up details in Google Sheets online.

Build and maintain a strong customer database.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Graduate (any stream), 12th pass is okay if experienced.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Kannada, (Hind is good to have) and English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
