Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The role requires proactive lead generation, customer engagement, and driving qualified site visits through telephonic interaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Generate interest and schedule site visits for field sales closures.

• Regularly update CRM systems with lead information and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and deal closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 0 months to 2 years in telecalling/telesales; real estate domain is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
