Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller to support our Real Estate Sales team. Your primary role will be to engage with potential homebuyers/investors, pitch ongoing projects, handle queries, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided database (warm & cold leads). Present and pitch residential/commercial real estate projects clearly and confidently. Highlight project USPs, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other key features. Address customer questions and objections professionally. Book high-quality appointments/site visits for the sales team. Maintain complete and accurate call logs, lead status, and CRM updates. Stay aware of market trends, competitor projects, and new property launches. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and follow-ups. Work towards achieving monthly targets, with incentive opportunities for performance. 🔹 Required Skills & Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling/real estate calling (Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome) Strong communication skills in Hindi/English Ability to engage customers, understand requirements, and present information clearly Comfortable with outbound calling and sales-driven work Goal-oriented mindset with commitment to performance
