Position 1: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain real estate projects, offers, and available properties to prospective clients.

Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

Schedule site visits and assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with real estate telecalling/sales experience will be preferred.

Candidates with a real estate background will be given preference.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.

Candidates should be confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

Position 2: Floor Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate effectively between employees and management.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the floor.

Collect and share daily performance/activity reports with management at the end of the day.

Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and daily activities.

Maintain discipline and a professional work environment on the floor.

Communicate management instructions to employees and ensure proper implementation.

Address routine employee-related concerns and coordinate with management when required.

Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility

Previous experience in coordination, administration, floor management, or a similar role will be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.

Ability to manage multiple employees and coordinate with management.

Responsible, organized, and disciplined approach toward work.
