Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Explain project details, offers, pricing, and amenities clearly.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
Maintain customer information and update lead status in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful customer conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree.
0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Telugu. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, and internet usage).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
