Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM
Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Minimum qualification: Graduate
