Job Description

Job SummaryThe Presales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure site visits and closures. The role plays a key part in the customer journey before sales closure.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiriesAttend to leads generated through CRM, digital platforms, walk-ins, and referralsQualify leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose, timeline)Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales/closing teamMaintain accurate data in CRM software (360 / Enrich / similar CRM)Provide project details such as pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment plans, etc.Follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and conversionCoordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth lead managementAchieve assigned lead conversion and site visit targetsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and reportsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)Good convincing and negotiation abilitiesCustomer-focused and result-oriented mindsetBasic knowledge of real estate sales processProficiency in CRM systems and MS ExcelAbility to multitask and work under pressurePreferred QualificationsGraduate in any disciplinePrior experience in real estate presales / CRM / telecallingFamiliarity with real estate terms such as carpet area, agreement value, stamp duty, etc.
