Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive
​Job Summary
​We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and our field sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, qualifying their interest in our residential/commercial projects, and scheduling site visits for our Sales Managers. The ideal candidate has a "never-give-up" attitude and a genuine interest in the property market.
​Key Responsibilities
​Lead Generation & Qualification: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
​Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s budget, location preference, and property requirements (e.g., 2BHK vs 3BHK) to suggest suitable projects.
​Site Visit Coordination: Persuade potential buyers to visit the project site and coordinate with the field team to ensure a seamless handover.
​CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all conversations, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM software.
​Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow up with "warm" leads who have shown interest but haven't committed to a visit yet.
​Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and government regulations (like RERA).
​Requirements & Qualifications
​Education: High school diploma or Graduate (Degree in Marketing or Business is a plus).
​Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (Real Estate experience is highly preferred).
​Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
​Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated throughout the day.
​Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Sell.do) and MS Office (Excel).
​Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
​Daily Call Volume: (e.g., 80–100 connected calls per day).
​Lead-to-Site Visit Conversion: The percentage of leads that actually visit the property.
​Quality Score: Accuracy of data entry and adherence to the sales script.
​Sales Contribution: Number of final bookings generated from your scheduled visits.
​Preferred Skills (The "Extra Mile")
​Multilingual: Ability to speak the local regional language plus English/Hindi.
​Negotiation: Proven track record of handling objections regarding price or location.
​Investment Knowledge: Ability to explain ROI (Return on Investment) and rental yields to potential investors.
