Job Description

Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects from provided databases to introduce residential/commercial projects.

Inbound Query Handling: Manage incoming calls, answering inquiries regarding pricing, location, and amenities.

Qualification & Nurturing: Understand customer needs, budget, and investment capacity to match them with suitable properties.

Site Visit Coordination: Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with on-field sales consultants.

CRM Management: Update and maintain detailed customer records in CRM software.

Targets & Follow-ups: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and conduct follow-ups to close leads.
