Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided data.
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.
Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and increase conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding client requirements and site visits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Real Estate Telecalling will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
