About the Role

Ambika Realty is looking for energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to generate quality leads, connect with prospective customers, and schedule site visits for the sales team. Candidates with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain project details effectively.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.

- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and conversions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
