Job Description

Female Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)


Location: Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad (Work from office)

Working days: 6 days a week

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in tele sales or tele calling

Gender: Female


Responsibilities

- Call leads and pitch residential and commercial projects

- Share project details, pricing and payment plans with clients

- Qualify leads on budget, location and timeline

- Fix site visits and coordinate with the sales team

- Follow up on calls and WhatsApp, update lead status daily

- Meet daily calling and monthly site visit targets


Requirements

- Good communication in Hindi, basic English

- Confident on calls and comfortable with targets

- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM and WhatsApp

- Real estate experience preferred

- Candidates near Ghaziabad or Noida Extension preferred
