Experience : Minimum 1 Years Experience in Tele Sales

Salary: 2.50 LPA

Job Description :

Outbound Calls:

1. Conduct outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and

secondary data sources.

2. Schedule site visits with prospective customers to showcase our properties.

Inbound Calls:

1. Handle inbound calls from prospective customers, providing information about our projects.

2. Assist in scheduling site visits and appointments as per customer inquiries.

Other responsibilities:

1. Ensure a maximum number of appointments are made each month.

2. Provide a maximum number of appointments to the sales executives, ensuring their

productivity.

3. Maintain the quality of appointments provided to the sales team

4. Maintain lead management tools and ensure a smooth process for lead flow

5. Coordinate regularly with the marketing team and sales team.

6. Strong reporting skills.
