Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of a high-performing team of real estate agents. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, coaching, and motivating agents to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Leadership & Team Management
✅ Lead, mentor, and coach a team of real estate agents to meet individual and team sales goals.
✅ Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Sales Performance
✅ Drive sales strategies and ensure team members are hitting their KPIs and closing deals.
✅ Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.
✅ Assist agents in client negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
Client Relationship Management
✅ Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
✅ Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and financial performance.
✅ Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and legal developments.
✅ Provide strategic insights to help position the team and company competitively in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or team leader (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
Solid understanding of CRM systems, MLS, and real estate transaction processes.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
