We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in property sales.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue from residential and commercial property sales.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and property buyers.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies to provide expert guidance to clients.
Lead Management: Ensure effective follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead property negotiations and ensure smooth deal closure while maintaining client satisfaction.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present results to senior management.
Brand Representation: Represent Investor Bricks at property exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
1+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Gurgaon property market is a must.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
