Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customers’ property requirements, presenting suitable projects, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.

• Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.

• Arrange and conduct property/project site visits for potential buyers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

  
  Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and presentation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
