Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Title & Location

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Project: Shree Hari Enclave (Residential Housing Project)
Location: Bahadrabad, Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and convert walk‑ins/queries into site visits and confirmed bookings for flats/plots at Shree Hari Enclave.
Conduct project presentations, explain pricing, layouts, amenities, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
Regularly follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in‑person meetings to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, bookings, and payments in Excel or CRM/software as instructed.
Coordinate with the management team for documentation, agreement formalities, and after‑sales support.
Participate in field marketing activities, canopy/desk campaigns, and local networking to increase project visibility and enquiries.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential projects / plots / villas preferred).
Minimum education: 12th pass from a recognized board.
Basic computer knowledge is must – MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and online listing/lead portals.
Strong communication and convincing skills; ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Own two‑wheeler and smartphone preferred for local travel and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.

Work Schedule
