Key Responsibilities

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

·         Explain real estate projects, location benefits, pricing, and features to clients.

·         Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

·         Schedule site visits for the sales team with interested clients.

·         Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and customer details in CRM software.

·         Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, meetings, and site visits.

·         Generate qualified leads for the sales closure team.

·         Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

·         Provide accurate project information and maintain professionalism during calls.

·         Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·         Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).

·         Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.

·         Good telephone etiquette, clarity, and a positive attitude.

·         Ability to work under target-based performance systems.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

·         Experience: 0–3 years (Real estate telecalling experience preferred)
