Job Description
Real Estate Site Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Daily Operations
Coordinate all on-site activities for real estate development projects (e.g., apartment buildings, villas, gated communities).
Ensure day-to-day work is carried out as per schedule, layout plans, and quality standards.
2. Client Coordination (If Customer Visits)
· Assist clients or prospects during site visits.
· Provide basic project updates and explain site progress, layout locations, and sample flats.
· Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for planned site visits.
3. Coordination with Head Office
· Report daily/weekly progress to the project manager or HO team.
· Share site photos, work status, and required documentation.
· Help in coordinating inspections, approvals, and documentation related to RERA or local body compliance.
