Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, generating leads, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers and understand their property requirements.

• Explain residential and commercial properties, projects, pricing, and payment plans.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling and other sales activities.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

• Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
