Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
Explain real estate investment options, projects, and benefits offered by Greensky Investments.
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers using CRM tools.
Schedule meetings and property visits for clients with the on-ground sales team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Provide clients with accurate project details, pricing, and investment insights.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated on real estate trends, property laws, and investment opportunities.
