Job Description

A real estate telecaller's main responsibility is to generate and qualify leads by making outbound calls to potential property buyers or sellers, promoting listings, and scheduling appointments for property viewings or sales team follow-ups. Key duties include providing detailed information on properties, understanding client needs, managing a CRM system, and fostering client relationships to support the sales team in closing deals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases to introduce and promote properties. 

  • Information Provider:

    Share details about property features, pricing, and availability, explaining benefits and addressing client questions. 

  • Appointment Setting:

    Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team to facilitate site visits. 

  • Lead Qualification:

    Identify potential buyers or sellers and determine their interest to pass qualified leads to the sales team. 

  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and lead progress within the CRM system. 

  • Follow-Up:

    Follow up with existing leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and convert inquiries into opportunities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities to engage and convince potential clients. 

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients. 

  • Sales Acumen:

    Basic understanding of the sales process and the ability to handle customer objections. 

  • Product Knowledge:

    Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings and market trends to provide accurate information. 

  • Technical Skills:

    Basic data entry skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 

  • Soft Skills:

    A go-getting attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt communication styles.
